While many systems focus on early intervention, support often declines or disappears in adulthood. AOTS exists to change that. We create access to community, education, and workforce opportunities that empower neurodivergent adults and individuals with learning disabilities to build independent, meaningful lives.
Our work is grounded in the belief that support should evolve with the individual—not end when they reach adulthood.
